if you want a layout . you need to unlock youre profile unprivate if you going paste a layout code onto your page. then when you done then you can go back to youre profile put back to private again.

The only way to get a background on your "private" page is to use the Myspace profile editor link found in the edit profile section.

It will display the same background you have on your profile page.

There's no way to use any "codes" to do that simply because when a profile is hidden, as are all the codes..

I believe she did it with the myspace profile editor which is built in to myspace (therefore it works even when a profile is set to private)..

Just click that and hey presto, click the "customize your profile" link then background and so on..
