like she didnt know my password or anything, just the main page url (it was set to private so she didnt see much)

anyways how did she do that, liek how did she find out

and she also found a convo with my bff on email and priinted it out and stuff

she dosnt know my emal pass either

how can i prevent this from hapening again? lke her not finding out at all.

edit: dammit someone beat me. You could also use advanced windows care v2 and use ccleaners or awc v2's tools to remove any spyprogram (if installed) as they display all programs installed, not just the ones add/remove programs show.

I would either talk to her - and ask her if she doesn't trust you or something... or, just watch what you are doing on the computer - as much as it sucks- whatever you do on there- just remind yourself -- moms watching.

The most likely scenerio is that she is using a keylogger on your machine. At first I thought that perhaps she was finding your myspace through the webbrowser's auto-fill, or the myspace search function, but if she was able to access an email of yours when your email is locked then it's most definitely a keylogger.

That means that literally EVERYTHING you type on your computer is LOGGED and sent to your Mom. Your Mom will see this Yahoo! answers page, and will see what you wrote here since it's all being recorded by this hidden program on your computer.

Even if you open up a text document and start typing away, then delete it, it will all be recorded for her to see. She will see the message I'm writing now since she's probably going to follow the URL logged to this website.

So Mom: Please stop peeping on your child, and please stop trying to control your child. It is detrimental and damaging to their psychological health. How can you ever expect your child to trust you when you won't even trust them? If you do not back off and give your child the freedom to grow and learn on their own it will only hurt them. It will cause them to be even more sneaky and leary of sharing things with you, and in the end your efforts will backfire 10 fold. This warning is coming from a child psychologist, take that as you will. You cannot control what your child does, or invade their privacy. It hurts them. You have to simply be there for them to trust. You cannot trust someone who is SPYING on you! If you would speak openly with your child, trust your child, and teach your child you wouldn't need to be a sneaky villain in order to give them computer access. Doing this behind their back instead of talking to them makes them less likely to believe in you!

P.S. Parental tracking devices are NOT listed on the computer. You cannot find them installed no matter how hard you search/examine the installed programs on the computer. You need to know the specific directory in which it is hidden, and how it functions in order to deactivate it. Trust me, it's definitely there.
