This question is asked everyday, and no matter how you word your question the response is the same. The answer is no. You cannot.

In the past myspace was lient with security and hacks were easily used, but due to overwhelming %26amp; discovery of these "hacks" myspace has blocked them entirely. Captcha codes everywhere, the harder you try, the harder it will be to be able to navigate myspace easily.

You just can't view a private myspace page. If you try to add the user but don't know the user's last name, your out of luck.
